We bake our pizza in an authentic Italian oven that can maintain a steady 450 degrees during the 90-110 seconds it takes for the pizza to be perfectly baked. Pizza Napolitana is known for its thick crispy edge and ours is made from sourdough with Tipo-00 flour. The sauce is made with the famous San Marzano tomatoes, and our mozzarella is DOP Fior D'Agerola.
 

If you want the perfect burger, you've found the right place. Our juicy burgers are made from 70 prime rib and 30% brisket, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. We don't think the burger experience is complete if you can't grab the burger with your hands and dig in!
